Custodial Project Manager
The Beacon Group has a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a change in their career and to make a difference in their community. We are looking for a person to fill our Custodial Project Manager position. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.
You will plan, organize, and manage all of the custodial activities for several facilities within the Phoenix/ Tucson and surrounding area. This position insures confirmation of all specifications as required by each contract. As Custodial Project Manager, you will supervise all custodial activities for each assigned accounts to meet budget requirements, staffing, quality standards and customer satisfaction. To be successful, The Custodial Project Manager must have the ability to lead and work effectively with custodial personnel, senior management, rehabilitation staff, and the public. You must be a great team player and have excellent interpersonal skills using tact, patience, and courtesy. As the Custodial Project Manager you will be required to find innovative ways to solve problems and make your team effective and efficient in all areas. The ideal candidate must be able to work flexible schedules and be on call, if necessary.
Education: at minimum, associate's degree. Preference: bachelor's degree.
Experience: Three to five years custodial, and/or similar type of customer service operations with at minimum two years supervisory experience.
